  • Q:Vape tastes burnt?

    A:

    If your vaping start to have burnt taste, it may caused by these points:

    1. High voltages/wattages.

    2. Chain vaping.

    3. You didn't prime coil before vaping. 

    4. E-liquid Selection.

    5. Leaking coils.

    6. E juice is not enough in the core.

    7. Your vaping is too frequently.

    Solutions:

    1. Please try to inhale for several puffs without powering-on while using a new core or let the tank sits for about 15 mins.

    2. Please prime the coil with low wattage for the first several puffs.

    3. You need change a new coil.

  • Q:Vape leaking?

    A:

    Probal cause:

    1. Overfilled tank.

    2. Your vaping is too quickly.

    3. E-cigarette was held at the wrong angle.

    4. Coil issue

    5. Sitting for a long time after refilling.

    Solutions:

    1. Please try to vape at a appropriately high wattage which is recommended on the coil during vaping. It may encounter the leaking issue if the liquid on the coil hasn't been atomized on time with low wattage.

    2. Please do not set it for a long time since the cotton will absorb liquid and will split from the mouth piece while you inhale it. In this case, please upside down the tank and shake the inside spare juice off.

  • Q:My mod Screen won't turn on.

    A:

    Probal cause:

    1. Your mod is on the stealth mode.

    2. The firmware got damaged with frequent operations of abnormal shutdown.

    3. Screen is broken.

    Solutions:

    1. Please check whether it is at the stealth mode firstly (When device is on, click fire button 3 times to enter the menu setting to turn the stealth mode off.)

    2. Please try to upgrade it if there is firmware updating for your mod.

    3. Please mind that while replacing the batteries,to power off the mod firstly by menu.

    A:

    1. The International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures, such as the Customs administrations of the Parties, transit stations etc., it will probably take about 15-30days for your items to arrive at you, sometimes longer. Much appreciated for your understanding on this uncontrollable matter.

    2. USPS will take 3-7days to deliever the packages.

    This limited warranty is limited to select Vaptio brand products, except for consumables and rebuildable products. And to the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty valid only from the date of purchase for a total period of 90 days.

    To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written , statutory, express or limited. Vaptio disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.

    Please contact our Customer Service by email at [email protected] with a description of the problem and your order number. We may ask you for photos or videos that demonstrate the problem. Our Customer Service will assist you with warranty services. We will provide you with authorized return form for return or exchange. Please note that we will refuse any unauthorized returns. Customers are recommended to use shipping with tracking to ship products back to us. We will not be responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost packages in transit.

    We will assume the costs for sending back the repaired/replaced products to the customer located in the United States or Canada via USPS Priority Mail. The customer is responsible for international shipping costs if we are sending the products back to an address outside the United States.

    This warranty may be void as a result of any of the following conditions:

    – Customer cannot provide original receipt of purchase upon request

    – Merchandise failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating conditions

    – Merchandise failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquid

    – Merchandise failure or damage due to usage with non-Vaptio components.

    – The product or parts have been modified in any way

    – The glass, case or battery is damaged or worn

    – The product is damaged in any way due to incorrect cleaning and maintenance.

    – The product is sold through an unauthorized reseller, including unauthorized internet resellers.

    This warranty does not cover personal items or consumable goods and attachments, including but not limited to: user manuals, packaging, accessories, atomizers, RBA, mouthpieces, cartridges, coil, lanyard and leather sheath.

    We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.

    We reserve the right of final decision in all warranty claims. We may revise the content of this warranty at all times.
