FAQ: The DHL website says "Shipment information received" and no update, what happened?

When you got a tracking number from us, it means we already handled your package to the Forwarding Company (agent of DHL, UPS, EMS, ets); the Forwarding Company usually ship all packages to the DHL processing center in 1 work day, "Shipment information received" means DHL already received the shipping data from the forwarding company, but waiting for processing. In case of high peak seasons like Christmas, there will be a delay for the processing due to the over-crowded packages DHL received.

2.ePacket are specially for (United States,Canada,Australia,Germany, France, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Israel, Russia, Norway, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore,Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Greece, Netherlands, New Zealand, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, Japan,Spain,Thailand), 6-12 work days, about 10 days on average, still a few may take up to 4 weeks. FAQ: The tracking website shows "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" and no update then, why?

Please kindly understand the ePacket tracking website may show this same status for up to 2 weeks, once it has been updated, it will be in your hands in several days.No update or lost package (ePacket or Paypal Package)

If the tracking information of your package doesn't update more than 45 days, please kindly contact us and we will ship a new package to you.

3.Netherland Air Mail Post: 10-30 business days (Only Twice a week, Usually ship on Monday and Thursday)

No update or lost package: (Netherland Air Mail Post) If the tracking information of your package doesn't update more than 60 days, please kindly contact us and we will ship a new package to you.

4.Tax & Custom Declaration

We are always trying our best to help our customers save on shipping. For small packages less than 200 dollars, we usually declare the value between 10-30 dollars, with description of electronics or gifts, never ecig, in this way, you pay no tax or very little tax. For wholesale orders (only for wholesale account), please advise the commercial value we should declare, otherwise we will declare the real value.

5.Free Shipping

We can offer free shipping worldwide on order over 100 dollars and less than 200 dollars. We advise you to apply a wholesale service if your orders is more than 200 dollars. Free shipping details:
